¤Description
MC 50 COLORED ALIPHATHIC LACQUERING is a finish
two-component aliphatic polyurethane colored with hardness
very high surface area and with superior elasticity. LACQUERING
ALIFATICA MC 50 COLORATA is available in different colours
RAL, NCS and sample. ¤ Uses: finish for interiors
and exterior on cement and stone artifacts, painting
of industrial floors subjected to strong stresses
mechanical, epoxy resin coatings, coatings in
epoxy cement, polyurethane resins on floors and walls.

¤How to use
In the presence of sound substrates, catalyze ALIFATIC LACQUERING
MC 50 COLORATA in a 2:1 ratio and mix until
complete homogenization, then leave to stand for 10
minutes. Any dilutions of the catalysed product (up to
maximum of 20%) must be carried out with DILUENTE DMC
50. Apply the above quantities with a 6 mm roller.
It is possible 24 hours after application (in this case without
sand) or after 48-72 hours (in this case sand with
220 grain paper or mesh) apply the second coat of LACQUER
MC 50 COLORED ALIPHATIC.
In the presence of porous or dusty substrates, we recommend
the application of PRYMER SF 1105 (see relative technical data sheet);
24 hours after the treatment proceed with the application of LACCATURA
MC 50 COLORED ALIPHATIC, as described above.
In the presence of damp substrates proceed with the application of
PRYMER SF 1105 for internal use or PRYMER EPOX WETT for
internal/external use (see relative technical sheets).
One of the following finishes is recommended as a final coat:
DUROLACK MC 50 EXTRA ALIPHATIC LD (90 gloss) or DUROLACK
MC 50 EXTRA ALIPHATIC OP (< 10 gloss).
Avoid the application in the hottest hours of the day, when the
weather conditions are not favorable and on substrates with humidity
of constant ascent.
Ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance of floors
treated with MC 50 COLORED ALIPHATHIC LACQUER must
be made with products from the VELUREX line (see related
Datasheet).
