DESCRIPTION
High performance eco-friendly water-based product specifically designed for outdoor use. ZERO DECK enhances the characteristics of softness by reviving the tone of the wood. Formulated with renewable raw materials and free from heavy metal-based hardeners, it does not give rise to self-combustion phenomena like traditional oils.
Its main features are:

APPLICATION
Prepare the wood using 120/150 fine paper as the last grain. Apply the product with a roller, brush or cotton swab. First coat, especially after treatment with DECK RESET, then on raw wood, apply such an amount (about 50-90 g/m2) as to reach complete saturation (the wood no longer receives the product and is completely impregnated). After 3/5 minutes, if desired and in the event of an uneven glossy/matt effect, manually tear up with a soft cloth to distribute and remove any excess. If necessary, in case of complete and rapid absorption, to give greater protection to the surface, apply after 6 hours and within 1 day, without sanding, a second layer of ZERO DECK, taking care to dose a smaller quantity (about 50-60g /m2) and to remove any excess product. The duration of this treatment varies greatly according to the place of exposure and the intensity of foot traffic. In particular, floors exposed to the action of salt air and intense solar radiation will need more frequent interventions to restore the protective layer. Excess of product could cause an uneven shine.
MAINTENANCE
Routine maintenance of a floor protected with ZERO DECK involves three phases:
- dusting with a mop or vacuum cleaner;
- washing with SOAP.OIL
-application of the protective DECK CARE
At variable intervals depending on the exposure of the floor (approximately from 3-6 months) apply a layer of ZERO DECK following the same methods described above. The surfaces will be walkable again after 24 hours.
