Two-component water-based paint with high pedestrian resistance. Leaves the color of natural wood, easy to apply (roller or brush). Use: it can be applied directly to well-prepared wood, with just two coats a homogeneous silk effect finish is obtained. Very low VOC emissions
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION The wooden floor must be well smoothed, filled and sanded, free from detaching parts such as oils, waxes, silicones. The substrate to be treated must be dry, with humidity of 8 – 12%. Room temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%. After sanding, clean the entire surface with a vacuum cleaner and then with an antistatic cloth.
APPLICATION Ambient and shake the product thoroughly before use. Add the hardener (component B) to component A slowly while stirring and mix thoroughly. Wait approximately 10 – 15 minutes after mixing the two components before applying. It is recommended to filter the product before use. Apply with roller or brush. After about 12 hours in NC, the second coat can be applied after sanding with a 220 grit mesh. After sanding, clean the entire surface with a vacuum cleaner and then with an antistatic cloth. If necessary, apply a third coat, based on the type of wood used. Always check the humidity of the wood from 8 to 12%, the room temperature from 15 to 25°C and the relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use adequate individual protection systems. After sanding, clean the entire surface with a vacuum cleaner and then with an antistatic cloth.
APPLICATION Non-sandable primer. Set the ACQUAFOND SPECIAL, shake the product before use. Apply with roller or brush. After 12 hours approx. the first coat of ACQUALUX SPECIAL 2K can be applied. Set and shake ACQUALUX SPECIAL 2K thoroughly before use. Add the hardener (component B) to component A slowly while stirring and mix thoroughly. Wait approximately 10-15 minutes after mixing the two components before applying. It is recommended to filter the product before use. Apply with roller or brush. After 12 hours approx. the last coat of ACQUALUX SPECIAL 2K can be applied after sanding with a 220 grit mesh.
