BINDER RESIN FOR SMOOTHING WOODEN FLOORS
Quick-drying solvent-based binder resin for smoothing and grouting wooden floors; mixed with wood dust obtained from the finest sanding.
HOW TO USE:
APPLICATION
Ambientate the product before use. The product should be mixed in a 1:1 ratio approx. until obtaining a homogeneous mix with fine powder obtained by sanding the substrate to be treated. Spread the product with a smooth stainless steel trowel (American), apply the mixture obtained in the cracks or, better yet, skim the floor completely. If necessary, repeat the operation several times. After drying (about 40 - 60 min in NC) sand with fine abrasive paper to completely remove the dried product residues. Always check the humidity of the wood from 8 to 12%, the room temperature from 15 to 25°C and the relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use adequate individual protection systems. Always consult the technical and safety data sheet of the product.
NOTE
The incomplete removal of the excess binder can cause a different tone of the floor after painted. At this point you can proceed with the painting cycle. It is advisable to prepare the mix at the time of use to avoid differences in grouting shades.
