BICOMPONENT POLYURETHANE BASECOAT WITH HIGH FILLING POWER
Two-component polyurethane primer with very high covering power, easy to apply, quick drying and excellent sandability.
HOW TO USE:
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The substrate to be treated must be dry, with humidity of 8 – 12%. Room temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%. It must be sanded with 180 grit. After sanding, clean the entire surface with a vacuum cleaner and then with an antistatic cloth.
APPLICATION
Ambient and shake the product thoroughly before use. Prepare only the amount of product needed using clean containers. Mix evenly with a clean stick the two components (2 part comp. A + 1 part comp. B), let the product pre-react for about 10 minutes. Apply evenly with a roller or brush. After about 12 hours at NC, the finish can be proceeded after sanding with 180 grit and cleaning the entire surface with a vacuum cleaner and then with an antistatic cloth. Always check the humidity of the wood from 8 to 12%, the room temperature from 15 to 25°C and the relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use adequate individual protection systems. Always consult the technical and safety data sheet of the product.
