Glossy, semi-gloss and matt TWO-COMPONENT POLYURETHANE VARNISH
Particularly suitable for varnishing wooden floors in various essences or wooden substrates in general. It gives the surface elasticity, fullness and excellent resistance to abrasion.
HOW TO USE:
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The wooden floor must be previously treated with SUPERFOND (see technical data sheet). The substrate to be treated must be dry, with humidity of 8 – 12%. Room temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%. It must be sanded with 180 grit. After sanding, clean the entire surface with a vacuum cleaner and then with an antistatic cloth.
APPLICATION
Ambient and shake the product thoroughly before use. Prepare only the amount of product needed using clean containers. Mix the two components homogeneously with a clean stick (1 part comp. A + 1 part comp. B), leave the product to pre-react for about 10 minutes. Apply evenly with a roller or brush. After about 12 hours at NC, a second coat of RELUX can possibly be applied after sanding with 180 grit and cleaning the entire surface with a vacuum cleaner and then with an antistatic cloth. Always check the humidity of the wood from 8 to 12%, the room temperature from 15 to 25°C and the relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use adequate individual protection systems. Always consult the technical and safety data sheet of the product.

Limitations of use: Do not apply in damp environments. Ventilate the environment during application, avoiding draughts. Place the product at 20°C before application. Always use a suitable mask and protective gloves. Solvent-based.
