- Shipping and Payments: Shipping times and costs, as well as the available payment methods must be clearly described within the general conditions and during the purchase process.

- Right of withdrawal: the right of withdrawal, its conditions and the return procedure must be explained in a clear and transparent manner. Any exclusions from the right of withdrawal must be communicated, as well as the costs to be incurred for the return.
- Quality: the online store must always meet the 3 quality indicators, on average of the last 30 days:
- Average seller rating must not fall below 4 stars
- In order to display the quality seal, the online store must respond within 5 days to at least 95% of requests Buyer Protection via the Trusted Shops system
- The Quality Seal remains active if at least 95% of orders are processed without refund requests

After completing the purchase, an invitation to subscribe to the Trusted Shops Guarantee will appear on the screen: just follow the steps indicated to register for the service and complete the activation, completely free.
