Contact adhesive based on chloroprene and high viscosity synthetic resins.
¤Description
ADESIVER 406 HV is a solvent-based polychloroprene adhesive a
double coating specific for difficult gluing of laminates
plastic to wood or metal, profiles, resilient coatings and covings
on absorbent or poorly absorbent surfaces where required
an immediate catch. Ideal for laying floor coverings
stairs (tread and riser). ADESIVER 406 HV has a high
heat resistance, a strong initial tack and a solvent blend
low-grade toxicity.

¤How to use
Make sure the materials to be bonded are clean and not
show traces of dust or residues from other processes (in
presence of sheet metal, it is advisable to degrease them with the
trichlorethylene or ACETONE THINNER (see relative technical data sheet): is
absolutely not recommended to use nitro solvents).
Spread a uniform film of adhesive on both supports,
bearing in mind the degree of absorption of the materials;
wait about 15 minutes to allow for evaporation
of solvents, after which join the two parts subjecting them to
pressing.
Bonding is to be considered completed only after 24 hours.
Notes: Close containers tightly after use.
Stir before use. Keep the product at temperature
environment.
¤Warnings
Store the adhesive in a cool, dry place in containers a
ermetic closure. Keep away from fire and sparks.
If the product is available in stock, the goods will be delivered within 24/48 hours.
If the product is not available in stock, the goods will be delivered within a maximum of 15 working days.
