DURO LACK MC 55 is a single component polyurethane varnish
characterized by high resistance to abrasion, elasticity and
superficial hardness.

2 on 90 micron wet film hardened at 20°C and 65% RH for 7 days.

¤How to use
DURO LACK MC 55 is a ready-to-use varnish and must be applied
on the previously plastered, sanded wooden floor
and carefully aspirated. It's very important to this guy
of product evaluate before application the temperature and
the relative humidity of the environment; in fact the relative humidity too much
high or too low, it accelerates or delays the hardening process
with differences, even considerable, of opacity.
Recommended cycle for obtaining maximum hardness
superficial
* First coat: DURO LACK MC 55 diluted with 30%.
DMC THINNER 50.
* After 24 hours sanding with 180 grit paper or mesh.
* Second coat: DURO LACK MC 55 diluted with 20%.
DMC THINNER 50.
* After 24 hours sanding with 180 grit paper or mesh.
* Third coat: DURO LACK MC 55 diluted with 10%.
DMC THINNER 50.
The use of two-component polyurethane primer (WR 306), followed
by two coats of DURO LACK MC 55 interspersed with sanding
with 180 grit paper or mesh, it allows to obtain a high
coverage on all wood essences. Routine maintenance
and/or extraordinary treatment of floors treated with DURO LACK MC 55
must be made with products from the Velurex line (see related
Datasheet).
