Description
RH factor aging reagent for internal wood aging/greying action
The RH FACTOR acid solution gives the wood an aged appearance on larch and a gray hazelnut stain on oak, ideal for essences such as oak, chestnut, elm, larch, etc.
Advantages
- Adds depth to the wood, creating an aging effect.
- It is completely dilutable in water, allowing for a wide range of shades.
- Can be overlaid with other reagents for unique and personalized effects.
- Highlights the knots and differences between the various parts of the wood.
Directions
Before use, shake well. Application is recommended at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C, avoiding very hot surfaces. Industrial application by roller or spray is recommended, but it can also be used on already laid floors, especially if laid.
To obtain an optimal effect, we recommend applying two coats of RH FACTOR diluted 40% with water, distributing evenly with a brush following the grain of the wood.
After 12/24 hours, sand the surface with 120/400 grit sandpaper or with green/black Scotch Brite to create shades. Vacuum up the dust and, once the surface is clean and dry, proceed with a protective oil treatment.
PROTECT surfaces that could be damaged by the product.
ATTENTION: Avoid pouring RH FACTOR directly onto the wood, to avoid obvious streaks or stains. Before applying on the entire surface, carry out tests on at least 2/3 different strips.
