Description
RH/B factor aging reagent for internal wood with aging/greying action
Customize the appearance of your wood with a unique reagent: "RH/B FACTOR". This treatment imparts an aging or greyish patina, creating distinct color effects that depend on the wood and the dilution of the product. RH/B FACTOR is an acid solution that gives an aging or grayish base to the wood, and is then treated with an impregnator. Its specificity combines with other products for unique aesthetic results, also influenced by the type and origin of the wood. Applied pure on oak (after 12/24 hours), RH/B FACTOR creates a slight lightening aging effect, ideal for essences such as oak, chestnut, elm and larch.
Advantages
- Adds depth to the wood, creating an aging effect.
- It is completely dilutable in water, allowing for a wide range of shades.
- Can be overlaid with other reagents for unique and personalized effects.
- Highlights the knots and differences between the various parts of the wood.
Directions
Before use, shake well. Application is recommended at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C, avoiding very hot surfaces. Industrial application by roller or spray is recommended, but it can also be used on already laid floors, especially if laid.
To obtain an optimal effect, we recommend applying two coats of RH/B FACTOR diluted 40% with water, distributing evenly with a brush following the grain of the wood.
After 12/24 hours, sand the surface with 120/400 grit sandpaper or with green/black Scotch Brite to create shades. Vacuum up the dust and, once the surface is clean and dry, proceed with a protective oil treatment.
PROTECT surfaces that could be damaged by the product.
ATTENTION: Avoid pouring RH/B FACTOR directly onto the wood, to avoid obvious streaks or stains. Before applying on the entire surface, carry out tests on at least 2/3 different strips.
