5 different colors of large-format boards with a hand-planed and subsequently brushed surface to then be impregnated with natural oils and waxes. The bevelled and irregular edge of the boards is the result of manual processing.

The Osmo wax oil used for the finish of Impression has a dry residue composed exclusively of natural oils, therefore it is safe, ecological, allows easy maintenance and keeps the natural beauty of the parquet unaltered thanks to the waxy component which guarantees further protection to the impregnating action of the oil.

OSMO OIL
The Osmo wax oil used for the finish of Impression has a dry residue composed exclusively of natural oils, therefore it is safe, ecological, allows easy maintenance and keeps the natural beauty of the parquet unaltered thanks to the waxy component which guarantees further protection to the impregnating action of the oil.
All Impression products meet the requirements dictated by the European legislation on CE marking relating to wooden floors.
All Impression products fully comply with the European directives relating to the formaldehyde content, placing themselves well below the required standards and guaranteeing the consumer a healthy, safe and guaranteed product.
GLUED LAYING
The surface of the top layer consists of noble oak wood with a thickness of 3.7 mm. The lower layer in poplar plywood with a thickness of 11.3 mm.
Before laying, check that the surface is dry, flat and free from infiltrations. The substrate can be of various kinds: cement, anhydride, wood fiber panels and existing ceramic floors. The flexibility of the staves and the precision of the coupling guaranteed by the tapping simplify the installation and make it faster. The slats must be glued over the entire surface. Parquet is suitable for laying on substrates with underfloor heating systems.
FLOATING LAY
A layer of 200 micron nylon is placed between the material and the substrate (with vapor barrier function), then a 2 or 3 mm sound-absorbing mat in polyethylene (alternatively polyurethane, pressed cork or felt) after which installation is carried out using the gluing of the boards between tongue and groove. The spaces for the expansion of the material are respected in correspondence with the perimeter and the thresholds.
INSTALLATION ON THERMO-HEATED SCREED
The parquet is laid on cement substrates heated by coils which allow the heat to be transferred directly onto the wood in a uniform manner without the parquet undergoing deformations or cracks. The installation can be floating or glued.
