SOLVENT FREE TWO-COMPONENT EPOXY PRIMER 2:1
Consolidating resin for dusty cement screeds; for
the treatment against residual moisture for floors

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Always check the humidity of the substrate with suitable ones
tools (max 3 – 4%). The substrate to be treated must be
compact and free of detaching parts. Any defects in the
surface, such as cracks or cracks should be treated by kneading
fine washed sand (not marine) with PRIMER HE. To verify

APPLICATION
Ambient at 20°C before use. Mix the two
components accurately (two parts by volume of the component
A and one part by volume of component B) with stirrer
electric (scraping the walls well). One coat should be applied to
brush or roller in an abundant and homogeneous way.For
to ensure greater adhesion of the adhesives, spread a layer
of fine dry sand (not marine) on the last coat of
PRIMER HE still fresh. After drying, before
gluing remove excess sand not anchored. The
however, the substrate must be clean and dry on the surface
and free from residues in general. Ambient temperature from 15 to
25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use
adequate individual protection systems. Always consult the
technical and safety data sheet of the product.
NOTE
Always make sure there is an adequate vapor barrier.
Prepare only the amount of primer needed, using only
clean containers. The reaction develops heat. The greater the
amount of product that reacts, the higher the temperature
developed and consequently the workability time decreases
noticeably.
NB at 30°C room temperature (summer) we recommend
catalyze a maximum of 2kg of component A with 1kg of
component B. High ambient temperatures reduce
significantly the time of use of the mixture for application
(about 15 minutes)
