PRYMER GUM
High performance water dispersion additive to add to
cement-based skim coats to improve their mechanical characteristics and
membership
¤Description
PRYMER GUM is a colored synthetic resin-based latex
white specially formulated to enhance characteristics
of cement mortars, smoothing compounds (such as RASOCHIM 1400 M) e
plasters. PRYMER GUM gives improvements in workability ed
adhesion, increases resistance to compression, bending and
to abrasion, greater compactness and a lower tendency to
cracks. Eliminates the formation of surface dust.
PRYMER GUM does not affect the hydration times of the mortar
cementitious.

¤How to use
Make sure that the substrates are dry, solid, free from dust,
removable parts, varnishes, waxes, oils, rust and traces of plaster.
If the surface is compact and not very porous,
therefore not very absorbent, it is necessary to sand it or roughen it al
in order to facilitate the penetration of PRYMER GUM.
Restoration of dusting boilers.
Apply PRYMER GUM diluted 1:5 on the substrate
parts of water. Wait for complete drying (12-24 hours) e
proceed with the subsequent laying of the wooden floors.
Additive for RASOCHIM 1400 M.
In partial replacement of the mixing water, add 1Kg of
PRYMER GUM for each 25Kg bag of RASOCHIM 1400M.
Primer on cementitious substrates.
Dilute 1 part of PRYMER GUM with 3-5 parts of water, according to base
to the absorption of the support, applying about 50-80 g/m².
1Kg of PRYMER GUM in each bag instead of water.
Note:
Before smoothing or gluing directly onto substrates
treated with PRYMER GUM wait for its complete
drying.
In the case of primer on cementitious substrates, before smoothing
respect the wet-on-wet condition.
