¤Description
RASOCHIM FAST is a single-component cement premix
quick-setting and drying gray powder for
thicknesses up to 30 mm. RASOCHIM FAST can be used
only inside. Mixing RASOCHIM FAST with water yes
obtains a thixotropic and very adhesive mix suitable for
smoothing over old plaster, non-glossy surfaces
absorbents (e.g. tiles, ceramics, natural stones), concretes.
RASOCHIM FAST is indicated to restore, shave inside:
walls, floors (filling of hollows, large cracks
dimensions and holes), steps, edges, landings, edges of
pillars, etc., where rapid hardening is required ed
drying.

¤Laying conditions
◊ Type of fund
old plasters, non-absorbent glossy surfaces (e.g. tiles,
ceramics, natural stones), concretes without the need to
pre-treat surfaces with latexes.
◊ Status of the fund
Make sure that the substrates are dry, solid, free from dust,
removable parts, varnishes, waxes, oils, rust and traces of plaster.
Inadequately solid cementitious substrates must
be removed or, where possible, consolidated using
PRYMER W 30 K (see relative technical data sheet).
Dusty or very porous cement substrates must
be treated with PRYMER W (see relative technical data sheet)
or CHIMIGRIP diluted 50% with water (see relevant sheet
technique) in order to fix the powder.
Non-absorbent surfaces: apply CHIMIGRIP (see relative
technical data sheet) after cleaning with DILUENTE ACETONE or with
appropriate cleaners or wax removers.
Moist absorbent cementitious substrates must be
primed with PRYMER SF 1105 or PRYMER PUB 77 (see
relative technical data sheets) and subsequently quartzed.
Damp non-absorbent substrates should be treated with
PRYMER EPOX WETT or PRYMER WB 328 S (see related
data sheets) and subsequently quartzed.
Anhydrite screeds must be primed with PRYMER
W (see relative technical sheet) before they can be levelled
with RASOCHIM FAST.
¤How to use
Dough preparation
Mix a 25 kg bag of RASOCHIM FAST in the following
method: pour the required amount of water, indicated in the item
"Mix ratio", into a clean bowl and add
powder gradually, mixing with a hand mixer a
low number of revolutions, until obtaining a smooth, homogeneous mortar
and free of lumps; after 2-3 minutes, stir briefly:
the dough is ready for use.
The amount of RASOCHIM FAST mixed each time must be
the one needed to be used within 15-20 minutes (at
temperature of +20°C). The residual moisture measurement must
only be carried out with a carbide hygrometer tool.
Applying the mix
Apply RASOCHIM FAST with a metal spatula, if applicable
several coats are required, it is recommended to apply quickly
sequence (about 20-30 minutes depending on the temperature and the
degree of absorption of the substrate). After 24 hours it is possible
apply wooden and resilient floors.
Bondable materials on RASOCHIM FAST-based smoothing compounds
Ceramics, natural stones, recomposed materials, wood (wood
requires a smoothing of at least 4 mm), textiles, rubber, PVC,
linoleum (for a minimum thickness of at least 2-3 mm).
Intended use: interiors, industrial floors, commercial floors,
civilians.

Special attention: do not add lime, cement or
plaster. Do not add more water to the dough that has already started
