Rapid two-component polyurethane adhesive for laying indoors e
outside of resilient floors
¤Description
ADESIVER RE 702 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive
fast with high tenacity and elasticity, suitable for gluing
inside and outside of:
- PVC flooring in rolls or squares;
- rubber flooring in squares or sheets;
- rubber sports floors;
- anti-trauma floors;
- shockproof rubber squares;
- vinyl floors and textile floors.
After complete hardening, ADESIVER RE 702 becomes
resistant to water, heat and weather.

¤Laying conditions

dry, healthy, non-dusting and not overly rough.

radiant
¤How to use
It is essential to ensure that there is no rising damp
from the background.
Dry but dusting substrates must instead be
primed with PRYMER SF 1105 or PRYMER PUB 77
suitably diluted (see the relevant technical data sheets).
Cement substrates with too high residual humidity
should be primed with: PRYMER EPOX WETT, PRYMER WB 328
S, PRYMER SF 1105 and PRYMER PUB 77 (see the relative sheets
techniques), sandblasted and subsequently shaved with the products of
RASOCHIM line (see the relative technical sheets).
Poorly absorbent and non-absorbent substrates must
always be shaved with the products of the RASOCHIM line (see
the relative technical data sheets), after preparing the surface
with CHIMIGRIP as an adhesion promoter (see relative sheet
technique).
Laying on suitable substrates
Do not dilute ADESIVER RE 702 with alcohol.
Apply the adhesive, after mixing the two components, on the
substrate using the appropriate notched trowel, working it to the
to incorporate any remaining powder.
After the final placement of the floor exercise
on the entire surface a uniform pressure by means of rollers
appropriate to ensure full contact of the member with the
adhesive and to facilitate the elimination of any air pockets.
Notes: always remove the coverings to be glued from the packaging
a few hours before laying in order to release tension and
homologate them to the environmental climatic conditions.
Some tires may be polluted by substances
release agents or paraffins, cleaning is therefore recommended
preventive with ACETONE THINNER.
Not recommended for use on curved surfaces or steps unless able
to keep the coating perfectly adherent to the support
until it sets, otherwise use ADESIVER 406 HV
(see relative technical sheet). Be careful when laying
outdoors in the presence of high temperatures or sudden changes in temperature,
the setting time and the pot-life of the catalyzed mix are
closely related to the ambient temperature (it is recommended
lay in the early hours of the morning).
