DUROLACK MC 50 EXTRA ALIPHATIC
Two-component aliphatic polyurethane finish for interior/exterior for
floors in resin, cement and microcement
¤Description
Two-component aliphatic polyurethane finish with hardness
very high surface area and with superior elasticity, formulated
with non-yellowing resins and added with ray absorbers
UV and anti-cracking to further improve resistance
yellowing and weathering. ¤ Uses: Finishing for
interior and exterior on cement and stone artefacts, painting
of industrial floors subjected to strong stresses
mechanical, epoxy resin coatings, coatings in
epoxy cement, polyurethane resins on floors and walls,
high/low porosity cement and microcement.

1 at 20°C and 65% RH
2 on 90 micron wet film hardened at 20°C and 65% RH for 7 days.
3 in closed original containers and at temperatures between +10°C and +25°C
¤How to use
The laying surface must be perfectly hardened,
structurally sound, dry, clean and free from fats and waxes.
In case of old or previously treated floors, wash
carefully the surface with VELUREX DEWACHS (see
relevant technical sheet).
In the presence of sound substrates, catalyze DUROLACK MC
50 EXTRA ALIPHATHIC in the ratio of 2/1 and mix until
complete homogenization, then leave to stand for 10
minutes. Any dilutions of the catalysed product (up to
maximum of 20%) must be carried out with DILUENTE DMC
50.
Proceed with the application of DUROLACK MC 50 EXTRA
ALIPHATIC pure or possibly diluted following the quantity
above using a 6 mm roller.
It is possible 24 hours after application (after sanding
with sandpaper or 220 grit) apply the second coat of
DUROLACK MC 50 EXTRA ALIPHATIC.
In the presence of porous or dusty substrates, proceed first
of applying the paint, to applying a coat of
DUROLACK MC 50 EXTRA ALIFATICA diluted 10-20% with
DMC THINNER 50.
Avoid the application in the hottest hours of the day, when the
weather conditions are not favorable and on substrates with humidity
of constant ascent.
Ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance of floors
treated with DUROLACK MC 50 EXTRA ALIFATICA must be
made with products from the VELUREX line (see relevant data sheets
techniques).
