Very fast one-component water-based acrylic-polyurethane primer
drying for wooden floors
¤Description
ECORAPID is a single-component acrylic-polyurethane primer
water-based specific for floor painting cycles
and completely water-based wooden products; owns
excellent chemical-physical characteristics such as: high residue
dry and transparent, extremely fast drying. His
special formulation allows for quick sanding,
drastically reducing waiting times; does not oxidize the wood.

¤How to use
ECORAPID is applied on a wooden floor beforehand
filled, sanded and carefully vacuumed. It's possible already
30 minutes after applying the first coat (at 20°C and 65% of
UR) apply the second coat of ECORAPID (without sanding).
After about an hour from the second coat of ECORAPID, previa
verification of complete drying and prior sanding with
sandpaper or 220 grit mesh, apply a coat of varnish
water-based ECOSTAR, ECOSTAR 2K or ECOWOOD 2K (see related
Datasheet). In case of cold temperatures or otherwise
below 20°C or an overdose of the product, the times
of sanding could increase. For woods containing
tannins carry out preliminary tests in order to verify the reaction
of the tannin itself with water.
