Formula based on acrylic and polyurethane resins in aqueous solution, ideal for the protection and prevention of stains and dust on concrete, terracotta or rustic stone floors.
P-OH7 represents a solution based on acrylic and polyurethane resins in water, designed for the stain-proof and dust-proof treatment of concrete, terracotta or rustic stone floors. This product is specifically formulated for interior floors with high porosity, making them less vulnerable to oily stains and dirt in general.
P-OH7 gives surfaces effective protection against stains and dust, as well as improving their overall aesthetic appearance. Furthermore, as an anti-dust agent, it is ideal for exposed ceilings, walls or walls.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended to avoid the use of alcohols, solvents, ammonia bases and acidic detergents on surfaces treated with P-OH7. This product is particularly suitable for porous interior floors and is unsuitable for surfaces sensitive to acids such as marble, travertine, tuff and similar.

Directions
Before use, shake the product well. We recommend working at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C and avoiding application on very hot surfaces.
To prepare the floor for treatment, carry out careful cleaning. On new concrete floors, simply use an appropriate cleaner such as Micromax Extra with a scrubber dryer or floor scrubber. If the floor has already been used and has stains of various kinds, it is advisable to degrease it with specific detergents such as Sgras Sg. Rinse thoroughly and leave to dry for at least 1-5 days. Avoid the use of acid descalers which can damage the concrete.
On new terracotta floors, washing with a suitable detergent such as P-300/AD is sufficient. If the floor has already been used and has stains, it is advisable to degrease or dewax it with special detergents such as Sgras Sg or Decerwax. Rinse thoroughly and leave to dry for at least 3-7 days.
Apply the first coat of P-OH7 evenly over the entire surface using a fleece or a wax spreader (on concrete floors, avoid overlapping the expansion joints). After 1-2 hours, apply a second coat and, on very porous surfaces, a third coat is advisable, following the same methods described above.
To further increase protection from oily stains, a stain-resistant protectant such as Kripton HS or Follet C can be applied as a base layer.
After 4 hours, the floor can be walked on, while after 24 hours, it can be used for vehicular transit.
ATTENTION: This treatment does not protect concrete and stone surfaces from the effects of acidic agents.
