Description
SaniPro is a protective with antibacterial action which, thanks to its silver ion content, maintains its effectiveness permanently, until the applied layer is worn. It can be applied to all washable and waterproof surfaces such as parquet (varnished or oiled), laminate, PVC, LVT, SPC, linoleum, rubber, resin floors, ceramic, stoneware and klinker. It can also be used on Formica tops. It is an emulsion of water-based acrylic polymers which creates a highly resistant protective film capable of protecting surfaces and confers the permanent antibacterial properties typical of silver ions.
Application procedure
Prepare the surface adequately by removing dust and dirt with a sanitizing detergent (Saniflor for floors, Saniplus for surfaces). Leave to dry and then apply SaniPro with a microfibre cloth previously moistened with water and well wrung out. The application can be done by pouring SaniPro onto the cloth or directly onto the surface to be treated. After about an hour, apply a second one in the same way. To ensure the effectiveness of the antibacterial action, it is necessary to periodically carry out maintenance treatments. These must be performed monthly in high traffic areas (offices, shops, gyms, schools, etc.), quarterly in medium traffic areas (entrances, kitchens, etc.), half-yearly in moderate traffic areas (bedrooms, studios, etc. ) and on surfaces not subject to foot traffic. However, the treatment must be repeated when the surface appears dull and unprotected. The cloths used must be washed at the end of the treatment with water. Daily cleaning and preparation for each treatment must be performed using Saniflor or Saniplus. If it is necessary to remove the treatment made with SaniPro, it is possible to wash with Nettardue suitably diluted, as per the technical data sheet. Once the floor has been rinsed, you can proceed with the new application of SaniPro. On wooden surfaces or other delicate materials it is recommended to carry out a preliminary compatibility test with Nettardue.
