SIL CAR is a specially formulated compound with particles
nanotechnologies for the treatment of absorbent materials
(internal and external). The treatment gives an effect
water repellent already a few hours after application. That is
made possible by the nanotechnological particles of the product
which allows him to penetrate very well in depth. SIL
CAR has been successfully used for years in the construction industry for
colourless, invisible and non-sticky impregnations of materials
construction materials (such as: fresh concrete, plaster,
asbestos cement, porous concrete, etc.). It is also effective
for materials such as: bricks, natural and artificial stones, paints
based on natural pigments. Surfaces treated with SIL CAR yes
they are slightly toned, non-sticky, permeable
to water vapor and stable to the alkaline effects of lime.

¤How to use
SIL CAR can be applied by spray, roller or brush
and/or immersion. The application must always be a lot
abundant and normally it is sufficient to spray twice
on the surface to be treated, one after the other, without
wait for the first one to dry. The best result is obtained
on very dry and absorbent surfaces; it is still valid too
on still wet substrates. The consumption of SIL CAR depends on the
absorbent power of the surface to be treated and in any case varies
from 100-900 g/m².

* Asbestos cement: on average 100 g/m²
* Plaster: on average 700 g/m²
* Concrete: on average 400 g/m²
* Porous concrete: on average 900 g/m²
