Two-component polyurethane adhesive for bonding synthetic grass
¤Description
ADESIVER GREEN TURF is a two-component polyurethane adhesive
without any modification epoxy completely free from
water and solvents. ¤ Uses: Bonding of joint strips
between the sheets of synthetic grass placed inside and outside, even in
presence of residual moisture.

¤Versions available
SUMMER: indicated in the presence of medium/hot temperatures; pot life

red coloring for red resilient flooring.
¤Laying conditions
◊ Background
The substrates must be suitable for the construction of the fields
in synthetic grass and must be prepared in accordance with
laws and regulations in force.
◊ Acclimatization
Always remove the coverings to be glued from the packaging
a few hours before laying in order to release tension and
homologate them to the environmental climatic conditions.
¤How to use
Before proceeding with gluing ADESIVER GREEN TURF
it is essential to check the chemical nature of the "support
primary" (back of turf): if the nature of the support
is latex, apply ADESIVER GREEN TURF directly; self
nature is polyolefin type (polypropylene, PVC, TPO, etc.)
apply the PRYMER adhesion promoter by brush or cloth
OP (see relative technical sheet), respecting the foreseen times.
Apply ADESIVER GREEN TURF on the jointing bands
uniformly and continuously using a No. 3-5 notched trowel
such as to allow total contact, bearing in mind that the
useful time of use of the mixture is about 60 minutes at 20°C.
At higher temperatures the useful time is significantly shortened.
Regarding the subsequent laying of synthetic grass sheets
follow the manufacturer's instructions and apply if necessary
of weights along the joint of the sheets to ensure a perfect
planarity. The commissioning of the system requires a time of
waiting around 6-7 days.
