BICOMPONENT POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE FOR SMALL
FAST REPAIRS
Water-free two-component polyurethane adhesive for
quick gluing of any type of wooden floors on
cementitious substrates or on pre-existing floors
sanitary pads.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Always check the humidity of the substrate and of the wood with
special tools. The moisture measurement of the substrate is OK
done in depth (about 2-3 cm) with a carbide vial hygrometer
in order to exclude the possible presence of substances
strongly hygroscopic (such as pumice, vermiculite), which
they can release humidity contained in them with consequent
swelling of the floor. Do not lay on screeds
protected from possible rising damp (always insert a
suitable vapor barrier sheath). The cement substrates
skinny or dusty will have to be consolidated with ours
PRIMER (PA400, PA35 or WB PU), which favor an adequate
adhesion of the adhesive (see technical data sheet). Do not lay in rooms
that are not equipped with windows or locks. Do not pose if the
walls and ceilings of the room are not completely dry.
APPLICATION
Ambientate the product before use. Pour the component
PELPREN RR (B) in the PELPREN RR component container
(A) mixing it thoroughly to obtain a paste
homogeneous and uniform. The paste thus obtained is spread with
special wide-toothed spatula No. 6 on a substrate that
it must be compact, dry, clean, free from parts
release agents such as wall paint residues, powders, waxes or the like. The
product must not be diluted. Always check before gluing
the humidity of the screed which must be <2% (<0.5% anhydrite).
Ambient temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not
greater than 75%. Always use adequate protection systems
individual. Always consult the technical and safety data sheet
of the product.
