PAVICEM is a solution based on acrylic resins designed to protect concrete floors from the accumulation of dust and stains. This product is ideal for internal and external concrete floors, which are often vulnerable to external agents due to their porosity.
PAVICEM gives concrete floors optimal toning and long-lasting protection against dust and stains, while ensuring a refined and well-groomed appearance.
IMPORTANT: It is advisable to avoid the use of alcohols, acidic detergents and ammonia solvents for the ordinary cleaning of floors treated with PAVICEM.

Directions
Before use, shake the product well. The application must be carried out at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C, avoiding treating excessively hot surfaces or during adverse weather conditions such as strong winds or rain.
To prepare the floors for treatment, it is necessary to carry out a thorough cleaning. If it is new floors, just use a suitable detergent such as Micromax Extra with the help of a scrubber dryer or a single brush. If the floor has already been used and has stains, it is advisable to degrease it with specific detergents such as Sgras Sg, rinse it well and let it dry for at least 1-5 days. Avoid the use of acid descalers which could damage the concrete.
Evenly apply the first coat of PAVICEM using a fleece or a wax spreader, taking care to respect the expansion joints to avoid accumulations. After 1-2 hours, it is possible to apply a second hand and, if necessary, also a third, following the same procedure.
After 4 hours from the last coat, the floor will be walkable. If you want to use it as a dustproof, apply 1-2 coats, while to protect it from stains, apply 2-3 coats depending on the porosity and structure of the surface.
ATTENTION: This treatment does not protect concrete floors from the action of acidic substances.
BEFORE PROCEEDING ON THE ENTIRE SURFACE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ALWAYS CARRY OUT PRELIMINARY TESTS.
