Description
CONSOLIDATING RESIN AGAINST HUMIDITY
Consolidating resin for dusty cement screeds; for
the treatment against residual moisture for floors e
damp walls; with the addition of fine sand they are obtained
synthetic mortars for smoothing or quick repairs. For
gluing use exclusively our. glues
two-component, single-parquet or single-adhesive h.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Always check the humidity of the substrate with suitable ones
tools. The substrate to be treated must be compact and
free from detaching parts. Any surface defects, such as
fissures or cracks should be treated by mixing fine sand
washed (not marine) with PRIMER PA35.
APPLICATION
Ambient at 20°C before use. The PRIMER PA35 goes
diluted with the appropriate THINNER D21 (in a ratio of 1:1) depending on
of the absorption of the screed. PRIMER PA35 after dilution
it should be applied with a brush or roller in abundant quantities to the
first hand. Leave to dry at least 3-4 hours under conditions
ambient temperatures of 20 – 25 °C and 60 – 70 % RH (different conditions
may lead to less than excellent results). Apply the second
coat of PRIMER PA35 (pure) in normal quantities so that
the product does not remain too much on the surface. If necessary
apply a third coat. To encourage greater membership
of the adhesives, spread a layer of fine, dry sand (no
marine) on the last coat of PRIMER PA35 still fresh. After
drying, before gluing, remove the excess of
unanchored sand. Ambient temperature from 15 to 25°C,
relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use appropriate
individual protection systems. Always consult the sheet
technical and product safety.
