THREE-COMPONENT PRODUCT WITH HIGH IMPERMEABILITY
Three-component product with high impermeability for
even non-absorbent floors such as marble,
tiles, Palladian. For gluing use
exclusively our two-component adhesives.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The substrate to be treated must be compact and free from parts
release agents. Any surface defects, such as cracks or
cracks, must be pre-treated before applying PAVILAST 3C.
Particularly smooth or glassy floors (ceramic,
glazed tiles, glass mosaic, marble or similar) shall
in any case be carefully dewaxed with water and soda
caustic. Then rinse and leave to dry. Before
application of the PAVILAST 3C primer is advisable
roughen the surface (e.g. floor machine with diamond disc)
to ensure perfect anchoring of the product itself.
APPLICATION
Ambient at 20°C before use. Pour the component
(B) into the component container (A) and mix it
carefully, possibly with an electric stirrer, up to
obtain a homogeneous paste. Then add the powder
(component C) and always mix everything with a stirrer
electric until you get a uniform paste free from lumps.
The paste thus obtained can be applied both by brush and by hand
roller. The minimum amount of application must be at least
a total of 500 g/m2 and must be done in two coats
homogeneously crossed. Second hand can be
applied immediately after the first coat is passable (approx
4-12 hours depending on ambient temperature). Temperature
environment from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
Always use adequate individual protection systems.

NOTE
If applying with a brush, it is advisable to dilute the mixture with
about 5% water. Bonding of floors is only possible at
complete drying of the layer of PAVILAST 3C, using
exclusively our two-component adhesives.
