Acrylic adhesive in water dispersion with permanent tack for
fastening of self-laying tiles
¤Description
ADESIVER RE-MOVE is an adhesive in water dispersion based on
acrylic terpolymers characterized by a permanent tackiness
(even after drying), very high dry residue,
excellent spreadability and low water content. ADHESIVE REMOVE
allows the fixing of self-laying PVC tiles with
easy removal and replacement.

¤How to use
It is essential to ensure that there is no rising damp
from the background.
Clean the substrate to be treated, completely eliminating the
traces of oil, grease, wax or paint stains.
Dry but dusty substrates must be primed
with PRYMER W, PRYMER SF 1105, PRYMER PUB 77 or
CHIMIGRIP suitably diluted (see relevant technical data sheets)
and subsequently shaved with the products of the RASOCHIM line
(see related technical sheets).
Absorbent/semi-absorbent cementitious substrates with humidity
relative residual too high should be primed with: PRYMER
SF 1105 or PRYMER PUB 77 (see relative technical data sheets),
sandblasted and subsequently smoothed with the products of the line
RASOCHIM (see relative technical sheets).
Dry non-absorbent substrates must be primed with
CHIMIGRIP (see relative technical sheet) and subsequently
shaved with the products of the RASOCHIM line (see relative sheets
techniques).
Non-absorbent substrates with too much residual humidity
high must be primed, after sanding, with: PRYMER
EPOX WETT or PRYMER WB 328 S (see relative technical data sheets),
sandblasted and subsequently smoothed with the products of the line
RASOCHIM (see relative technical sheets).
Laying on suitable substrates
Apply ADESIVER RE-MOVE on the absorbent substrate
using the special notched trowel, working it in order to
incorporate any remaining powder.
Wait for the glue to dry (at least 30 minutes) e
proceed with the drafting of the tiles; it is still necessary
wait until the white sticker has become transparent.
Apply ADESIVER REMOVE on the back of the tiles if yes
want the floor to stay clean.
On non-absorbent and smooth substrates (ceramics, tiles, marble,
etc.) apply ADESIVER REMOVE by roller if necessary diluted
with 5-10% water.
Before laying the tiles, it is necessary to wait for the
complete evaporation of water; waiting time may vary
depending on the ambient temperature, the substrate, the
dilution and the amount applied.
After final placement, exercise over the entire surface
uniform pressure using special rollers to ensure the
complete contact of the adherent with the adhesive and to favor
the elimination of any air pockets.
If the stickiness of ADESIVER RE-MOVE decreases in
weather due to dust, contaminants or other causes, it
it can be restored simply with a new draft
of the adhesive.
Notes: always remove the coverings to be glued from the packaging
a few hours before laying in order to homologate them to the conditions
environmental climates. Possible variations of the times are
attributable to different absorptions of the substrate.
If laying on ADESIVER RE-MOVE that is not perfectly dry,
membership becomes permanent
