Description
Celfix B-111 is a consolidating product for internal and external stones
Its objective is to provide new cohesion to the decomposed stone, restoring it to its original conditions of resistance and porosity.
CELFIX B-111 represents an acrylic copolymer dispersion characterized by particles of extremely small diameter, allowing deep penetration into materials without mineral bonds, typically characterized by less compactness and high porosity in damaged areas .
It is ideal for stone, terracotta and concrete surfaces that have suffered degradation due to mechanical, biological or chemical factors.
CELFIX B-111 intervenes to provide a new binder to the decomposed stone, bringing it back to its original state of resistance and porosity.
Advantages
- Deep penetration thanks to fine particles.
- Low viscosity and film formation temperature.
- Free from ethoxylated alkylphenols, plasticizers and coalescents.
- Particles with very small diameter.
- Solvent-free.
- Creates a thin protective film.
Directions
Before use, shake well. Apply at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C, avoiding too hot surfaces or adverse weather conditions.
CELFIX B-111 is diluted in water (possibly demineralised), Biosyl or Follet-C at 20-30-50%, depending on the porosity of the material to be treated. The resulting solution must be applied in overlapping layers (wet on wet) to allow deep penetration up to the healthy core, thanks to its low viscosity and low film formation.
For more compact surfaces, we recommend a more diluted solution and multiple passes, always wet on wet.
BEFORE TREATING THE ENTIRE SURFACE, ALWAYS CARRY OUT PRELIMINARY TESTS.
