UNIVERSAL ADHESIVE IN WATER DISPERSION FOR FLOORS
WOOD
Universal adhesive in water dispersion for bonding
of unvarnished wooden floors, laminated parquet,
lamparquet on concrete substrates or other types of
absorbent substrates.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Always check the humidity of the substrate and of the wood with
special tools. The moisture measurement of the substrate is OK
done in depth (about 2-3 cm) with a carbide vial hygrometer
in order to exclude the possible presence of substances
strongly hygroscopic (such as pumice, vermiculite), which
they can release humidity contained in them with consequent
swelling of the floor. Do not lay on screeds
protected from possible rising damp (always insert a
suitable vapor barrier sheath). The cement substrates
skinny or dusting will need to be consolidated with ours
PRIMER K31, which promotes perfect adhesion of the adhesive
(see technical sheet). Do not lay in rooms that are not equipped
of locks or closures. Do not lay if the walls and ceilings of
room are not completely dry.
APPLICATION
Ambientate the product before use. Spread the glue on
substrate with a suitable No. 6 wide-toothed trowel
working it so as to incorporate any dustiness
residual. The application of the adhesive should be done in small areas
in order to avoid the formation of the surface film before the
wood laying. Always check before gluing
the humidity of the screed which must be <2% (do not use
ADECON E/3 R on quick drying or anhydrite screeds).
Ambient temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not
greater than 75%. Always use adequate protection systems
individual. Always consult the technical and safety data sheet
of the product.
