All customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the purchased products, in accordance with art. 5 of Legislative Decree 14 June 2014, n. 21. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that by their nature risk to alter or deteriorate rapidly or due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and/or its content).

• The absence of integral elements of the product
• The damage to the product

We will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the same shipping fee.
