Impretex MK-65 waterproofing for terraces and balconies, protects structures from bad weather and degradation.
Applied on terraces and balconies, it protects the structures from the action of bad weather and from the process of degradation. This treatment prevents water from penetrating into the porous microspheres, preventing the formation of damp marks or the migration of salts.
IMPRETEX MK-65 has the ability to penetrate deeply by chemically interacting with the support, becoming an integral part of it and developing a decrease in surface tension (water repellency). It is the right solution to prevent water from penetrating the capillary pores, providing real waterproofing protection.

Ideal for all absorbent building surfaces, such as terracotta, marble, natural stone, concrete, porcelain stoneware, etc.

Directions
Before starting the treatment, it is important to seal any cracks between the tiles and ensure they are secure. Shake before using. Operate at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C. Avoid applying the product on very hot supports, during strong winds or possible rain. Protect any surfaces that could be damaged by contact with the product.
Apply a first coat of IMPRETEX MK-65 on a perfectly clean and dry surface with a brush, fleece or cotton cloth, focusing above all on the joints and the most porous areas.
Generally, 2-3 coats are sufficient, with intervals of approximately 1 hour between one coat and the other.
If the terrace floor is made of terracotta, red stoneware or other high or medium porosity material, the treatment must be carried out on the entire surface. If, however, the floor is made of ceramic or other non-porous material, apply the product only on the joints and, in case of stains on the tiles, clean immediately with a cotton cloth.
After treatment, protect from rain for at least 24 hours.
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE: For each wash, use Mistrall rinse aid detergent diluted at 1-2% (see sheet).
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE: About once every 2-5 years with Impretex MK-65.
BEFORE TREATING THE ENTIRE SURFACE, ALWAYS CARRY OUT PRELIMINARY TESTS.
