HARD POLYMER is a material that can be completely painted and enamelled with both washable and acrylics and is totally SCRATCH FREE!
NB skirting boards generally do not arrive "certified" at the ends and, in addition to having to be cut, they could also have small imperfections due to transport (the heads are not usually packed) or to the painting cycle (paint could have poured onto the head which prevents normal adhesion), so it is normal practice to have them at least 1cm thick during installation.
