Neocot protective finishing wax for interiors and exteriors reinforces stain-resistant properties

It adds a shiny appearance to the product and at the same time strengthens the stain-resistant properties, guaranteeing longer-lasting basic protection.

NEOCOT is a water-based finish that gives the product a shiny appearance and, at the same time, strengthens the stain-resistant properties, prolonging the life of the basic protection. Can be used as a finish and maintainer after the external impregnating treatment, it simplifies maintenance operations.

NEOCOT completes and increases the stain-proof protection of external surfaces. Ideal for terracotta, terracotta, clinker, concrete, non-polished natural stone and rough surface stoneware.

IMPORTANT: For ordinary cleaning, avoid alcohol, acidic, solvent or ammonia detergents.

IMPORTANT: Always check whether the manufacturers of the materials advise against the use of the product before use.

Directions

Shake before use. Apply at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C, avoiding very hot surfaces, strong winds or imminent rain.

SOME EXAMPLES OF TREATMENT:
1) After the Follet-C impregnator, apply 1-2 coats of NEOCOT.
2) After the Kripton HS impregnator, apply 1 -2 coats of NEOCOT.

After checking that the surfaces treated with the basic products are dry and uniform (about 2 hours later), apply a first coat of NEOCOT evenly with a wax spreader or a cotton cloth with brush. Leave to dry for 1-2 hours and, if necessary, apply a second hand in the same way.

For raw porcelain stoneware, apply directly without base primers, following the same methods.

If you want a less shiny finish, you can mix it with Follet-C (see sheet) up to a maximum ratio of 1:1.

As an extraordinary maintainer, it is recommended to apply it every 8-12 months. For more frequent maintenance, dilute it up to 50% in water.

For ordinary maintenance, use Mistrall (see data sheet) diluted 1-2% in water for each wash. After treatment, protect from water and bad weather for at least 24 hours.
