WATER FREE TWO-COMPONENT ADHESIVE FOR RUBBER AND PVC
Single coating product for rubber flooring,
sports fields in rubber agglomerate, PVC, both
indoors and outdoors on any type of substrate
also non-absorbent.
HOW TO USE:
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Always check the humidity of the substrate with suitable ones
tools. The moisture measurement of the substrate must be done in
depth (approx. 2-3 cm) with carbide vial hygrometer in
in order to exclude the possible presence of strongly substances
hygroscopic (such as pumice, vermiculite), which can yield
humidity contained in them with consequent swelling of the
flooring. Do not lay on unprotected screeds
rising damp (always insert an adequate sheath of
vapor tightness). Lean or dusty cementitious substrates
must be consolidated with our PRIMERS (PA400, PA35,
WB PU), which favor adequate adhesion of the adhesive
(see technical sheet). Do not lay in rooms that are not equipped
of locks or closures. Do not lay if the walls and ceilings of
room are not completely dry. Do not lay on bituminous surfaces
in which there is the possibility of oozing of oils.
APPLICATION
Ambientate the product before use. Pour the component
PELPREN PL6-G (B) in the PELPREN component container
PL6-G (A), mixing it carefully with an electric stirrer,
until obtaining a homogeneous and uniform paste. The pasta
thus obtained, it must be spread with a special fine-toothed trowel No. 4 on
substrate which must be compact, dry, clean, free
from detaching parts such as wall paint residues, powders, waxes or
similar. The product must not be diluted. Check before gluing
always the humidity of the screed which must be <2% (<0.5%
anhydrite). Room temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity
not more than 75%. Always use suitable systems
individual protection. Always consult the technical data sheet and
