Description
Elastic adhesive
Single-component silane adhesive (MS technology)
¤Description
ADESIVER ELASTIC is a one-component moisture-curing adhesive
based on silane-terminated prepolymers (MS technology).
It is very suitable for gluing prefinished parquet on
pre-existing floors such as marble, grit, ceramic,
tiles. Also suitable for gluing parquet to substrates
with radiant heating. ADESIVER ELASTIC owns
excellent sound insulation characteristics. CERTIFICATE
EC1R, Ü-Mark compliance.
ADESIVER ELASTIC can contribute to the achievement of the IQ
CREDIT 4.1 according to the GEV parameters dated 03 March 2009
because it complies with the requirements of the LEED certification protocol
(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).

¤How to use
The substrate, in addition to complying with local regulations
regulations, must be dry, free from cracks, uniform and
completely cleaned of those components that could
compromising membership.
Proceed with the installation taking care to approach and beat the
wooden boards so that the adhesive adheres well all over
the surface. Perfect adhesion to the substrate is guaranteed if
at least 65% of each wooden element is in direct contact with
the sticker.
In the presence of porous or dusty substrates, we recommend
the application of PRYMER A, PRYMER SF 1105, PRYMER W 30 K,
PRYMER FAST 500, PRYMER PUB 77 or PRYMER 100. The times of
waiting for the next installation change according to the primer used
(see related technical sheets).
For substrates with radiant heating and/or cooling
apply a coat of PRYMER SF 1105 (see relevant sheet
technique) and after about 24 hours proceed with the application of
ELASTIC ADHESIVE.
In the presence of glassy substrates (ceramic, glazed tiles,
polished marble etc.) degrease and carefully clean the
surface taking care to eliminate any residual dust,
glues and waxes adhered to the substrate. Apply the promoter with a cloth
adherence LIQUID SANDER respecting the foreseen times (see
relevant technical data sheet), then proceed with the application of
ELASTIC ADHESIVE.
For anhydrite substrates, sand very well with paper
abrasive grit 24 or 36; vacuum dust and prime with
PRYMER SF 1105 (pure) or PRYMER FAST 500 (diluted at 30%
with DMC 50). PRYMER PUB 77 can also be used on
anhydrite supports, respecting a dilution ratio of 70:30
with THINNER DMC 50.
ADESIVER ELASTIC must be brought to room temperature
before being applied. Subsequent sanding can be
carried out already after 3-4 days depending on the conditions
environmental and hygrometric conditions of the parquet. Possible
Fresh glue residues can be removed from the prefinished parquet
using a clean rag. If it doesn't run out
completely the contents of the can, proceed to the correct
closure, using both caps supplied, in order to
avoid waste.
Note:
Do not apply ADESIVER ELASTIC in the presence of evaporative flows
constants.
in order to better stabilize and dry the substrate, afterwards
sufficient seasoning, depending on its composition,
it is necessary to provide for its heating following the
instructions provided by the manufacturer of the system (see
of the test certificate). A subfloor with heating and/
