We point out that the parquet or other material is unloaded at the customer's home without porterage work and without unloading on the floor, whatever it may be. All customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the purchased products, in accordance with the provisions of art. 5 of Legislative Decree 14 June 2014, n. 21. To exercise this right (reserved for the consumer, i.e. the natural person who acts for purposes not related to any professional activity carried out) the customer must send a communication to that effect, within 14 working days starting from the date of receipt of the ordered goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a communication by registered mail within 14 days. working days from the receipt of the goods. This communication can be anticipated also by fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours, addressed to:

The goods must be returned with a copy of the registered letter to the above address no later than ten working days from receipt of the ordered goods. The return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer who can use any means he chooses. Cash on delivery or assigned port parcels will be rejected. Upon receipt of the goods, promptly refund the customer the full amount already paid, excluding the return costs which will in any case be charged to the consumer.

Reimbursement will in any case take place within 30 days of receipt of the communication with which the Consumer has expressed his wish to withdraw from the purchase. The refund will be made by bank transfer or PayPal. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (Cod. ABI - CAB - Current account of the invoice holder) or PayPal account.

Alternatively, and at the request of the consumer, the products subject to the right of withdrawal may be replaced with others indicated by the consumer himself, without prejudice to the payment of the new shipping costs, always to be paid by the buyer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products which by their nature are liable to deteriorate rapidly or due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents).

• the absence of integral elements of the product
• damage to the product

we will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
