ACRYLIC ADHESIVE WITH HIGH INITIAL TAKE
Suitable for bonding PVC floors and coverings
homogenous: carpets and needle punched, coverings with
supports in expanded latex, jute and linoleum in sheets.
HOW TO USE:
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Always check the humidity of the substrate with suitable ones
tools. The moisture measurement of the substrate must be done in
depth (approx. 2-3 cm) with carbide vial hygrometer in
in order to exclude the possible presence of strongly substances
hygroscopic (such as pumice, vermiculite), which can yield
humidity contained in them with consequent swelling of the
flooring. Do not lay on unprotected screeds
rising damp (always insert an adequate sheath of
vapor tightness). Lean or dusty cement substrates
must be consolidated with our PRIMER K31, which
favor perfect adhesion of the adhesive (see sheet
technique). Do not lay in rooms that are not equipped with windows
or closures. Do not lay if the walls and ceilings of the room are not
well dry.
APPLICATION
Ambientate the product before use. Smear the adhesive only
on the substrate using a suitable notched trowel, wait
a few minutes (depending on the power of the laying surface and the
climatic conditions of the environment) partial drying
of the adhesive which must be as dry as possible, but
still able to wet the back of the lining. Lay the
coating by applying even pressure over the entire surface
surface to release any air bubbles. Before
gluing always check the humidity of the screed that
must be <2% (<0.5% anhydrite). Room temperature from
15 to 25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Use
adequate individual protection systems at all times. To consult
