Slc Eco MP100 develops a hardening with an expansive action which guarantees the
filling micro-cavities and fixing parquet elements and floors in general that are not perfectly glued to the substrate.

INTENDED USE

Fixing and repairing parquet and flooring elements that are not perfectly glued to the substrate.
Filling injections of micro-cavities under flooring.

Floors:

- Interior
- External

Do not use:

For laying and gluing elements of wooden floors and floors in general.
For injecting into detachments of floors and walls without interrupting continuity

INDICATIONS FOR USE

Preparation of the substrates:

Rough or smooth parquet: drill a hole with a 3 – 4 mm drill bit at the joint between the strips or between the wooden elements to be fixed, until you reach the substrate.

Painted parquet:

protect the area to be repaired by applying a transparent adhesive tape or masking tape. Drill a hole, where necessary, through the tape with a 3 – 4mm drill bit until you reach the subfloor.

Floors in general:

protect the area to be repaired by applying a transparent adhesive tape or masking tape. Depending on the type of material, choose the most suitable point and drill a hole through the tape with a 3 – 4 mm drill bit until you reach the substrate.

Preparation

Ready to use product.

Application

Start the application by injecting 1 – 2 cm³ of Slc Eco MP100 into the hole.
Wait a few minutes and, if necessary, make further injections according to the thickness and the area to be filled. It is recommended not to inject excessive quantities of Slc Eco MP100 , since during the hardening phase, it increases in volume going to fill the voids, and if in excessive quantities it can come out of the cracks between the elements or from the hole.
After hardening, remove any excess Slc Eco MP100 that has leaked from the hole and remove the tape.
This will simultaneously secure and close the hole. If necessary, remove Slc Eco MP100 present in the hole and close/fill the hole with suitable products.

Cleaning

The cleaning of the surfaces from residues of Slc Eco MP100 while still fresh is carried out with Slc Eco Silomac.
Tools are cleaned with Slc Eco Diluente 01.
After hardening, Slc Eco MP100 can only be removed mechanically with great care, taking care not to damage the paint or the surface of the floor.

OTHER INDICATIONS

After use, carefully close the package.
Do not use at temperatures below +10 °C.
Before use, allow the product to acclimate at room temperature.
Each package, once opened, must be finished as soon as possible.
In addition to this information, the instructions contained in the current technical data sheets of the other products mentioned must be followed.
