¤Description
DURO LACK MC SIGNAL is a polyurethane varnish
solvent-based two-component with high elasticity, hardness,
resistance and excellent leveling properties for wooden floors.
DURO LACK MC SIGNAL is also suitable for delimitation
of the playing lines up to the demarcation of borders and zones
of the field of wooden sports flooring. HARD LACK MC
SIGNAL is available in RAL, NCS and sample colours.

¤How to use
DURO LACK MC SIGNAL catalysed in the indicated ratio
and mixed homogeneously, it must be applied
on a previously smoothed, plastered wooden floor,
sanded with 120 grit sandpaper and thoroughly
aspirated. Apply DURO LACK MC SIGNAL working the product
in order to facilitate its penetration into the wood. After
at least 12/24 hours, after sanding with grit paper or mesh
320 it is possible to apply a second coat of DURO LACK MC
SIGNAL. The floor treated with one or more coats of DURO LACK
MC SIGNAL, depending on the desired degree of coverage, must
always be painted over with ECOSTAR 2K (see relative
data sheet).
DEMARCATION OF MARKING LINES AND EDGES:
It is recommended to use an adhesive tape suitable for
demarcate / delimit and border the lines of play or portions of
field, fixing it firmly to the ground to avoid the risk
smudges. The use of "nautical scotch" is not recommended."
On wooden floor previously filled, sanded and
carefully vacuumed, it is advisable to apply a first coat
primer or transparent polyurethane varnish.
After complete hardening, sand with 220 grit paper or mesh
and apply DURO LACK MC SIGNAL following the above methods
reported, after at least 24 hours proceed to the next phase of
varnishing. In the fireproof varnishing of parquet, DURO LACK
MC SIGNAL is normally applied on the first coat of paint
fireproof. After total hardening (at least 24h) it is sanded and yes
proceeds to the finishing of the fireproof cycle.
