¤Description
ECOSTAR 2K FOR RESIN FLOORS Colored is a varnish
two-component colored water-based polyurethane with high
elasticity, hardness, resistance and excellent leveling properties for
cements/microcements. ECOSTAR 2K FOR RESIN FLOORS
Colored can also be used to restore the color of
shaded and/or discolored surfaces. ECOSTAR 2K FOR FLOORS
IN RESIN Colored must always be over painted with
ECOSTAR 2K ANTIBACTERIAL FOR RESIN FLOORS.
ECOSTAR 2K FOR RESIN FLOORS Colored is available in
RAL, NCS and sample colours.

¤How to use
The laying surface must be perfectly hardened,
structurally sound, dry, clean and free from fats and waxes.
In case of old or previously treated floors with
wax-based products, wash the surface thoroughly with
VELUREX DEWACHS (see relevant technical data sheet).
In the presence of healthy substrates, apply ECOSTAR 2K PER
RESIN FLOORS Colored by carefully mixing the
component B into component A according to the indicated ratios
(10/1). Proceed with the application of ECOSTAR 2K PER
RESIN FLOORS Colored following the quantities above
reported and using a 10 mm Teflon-coated roller.
After about 4 hours, without sanding, apply a second one
coat of ECOSTAR 2K FOR COLORED RESIN FLOORS.
In the presence of porous or dusty substrates, proceed with
the application of ECOSTAR 2K FOR COLORED RESIN FLOORS
diluted with 10% DILUENTE DRH2O.
The substrate treated with one or more coats of ECOSTAR 2K PER
RESIN FLOORS Colored, depending on the degree of coverage
desired, must always be overcoated after 24 hours with
ECOSTAR 2K ANTIBACTERIAL FOR RESIN FLOORS (see
relative technical data sheet), after sanding with 320 grit mesh.
Notes: Avoid application on substrates with rising damp
constant.
It is possible to apply a coat of PRYMAREN (see related
data sheet), diluted with 20% of water, in order to contain them
absorption before applying ECOSTAR 2K PER
FLOORS IN COLORED RESIN.
