Single-component water-based polyurethane varnish for parquet
¤Description
ECOSTAR is a one-pack water-based finish
characterized by a high dry residue, excellent resistance to
foot traffic, as well as a pleasant final aesthetic appearance. Other
particularity of ECOSTAR is to give the wood an aspect
warm and slightly oxidized.

¤How to use
ECOSTAR is a ready-to-use paint and should be applied to the floor
in wood previously filled, sanded and carefully
aspirated. It is possible after 2/4 hours from the application (in this
case without sanding) or after 12 -24 hours (in this case
sand with 220 grit paper or mesh) apply the second coat
by ECOSTAR. If you want to apply a third coat, this must
be carried out following the timing described above; remains
however advisable sanding after each coat to obtain
a more uniform surface appearance and "softer" to the touch.
In cycles composed of primer and finish it is absolutely
the use of solvent base coat (mixed cycles) is not recommended while
on the other hand, the use of single-component base coats is highly recommended
water-based, ECOCROM or ECORAPID 1H super rapid ZCH (see
relative technical data sheets), and ECOSTAR finish.
The application of ECOSTAR directly on wood containing
tannins must be preceded by a preliminary test. The
peculiar rheological characteristics of the paint allow
also spatula applications without leaving streaks and curbs.
Ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance of floors
treated with ECOSTAR must be done with the products of the line
VELUREX (see relative technical data sheets).
If the product is available in stock, the goods will be delivered within 24/48 hours.
If the product is not available in stock, the goods will be delivered within a maximum of 15 working days.
