Description
LIOS SUNDECK W OIL is a water-based impregnating oil for wood.
It is particularly suitable for the treatment of floors in
wood located outdoors (pool edges, terraces, walkways),
fixtures, gazebos, fences and wooden canopies. LIOS SUNDECK
W OIL is composed of emulsified oils and water resins, whose
reactive groups bind to wood lignin, strengthening it e
considerably delaying its degradation (greying). The light one
mordant as well as being an excellent sunscreen, it gives
to the treated wood essences a pleasantly warm colour. LIOS
SUNDECK W OIL also protects the wood from mold attack
and pest microorganisms. On tires and expansion joints
could suffer drying delays: it is therefore advisable to
carry out preliminary tests.

¤How to use
Shake LIOS SUNDECK W OIL before use and proceed to
a good preparation of the wood, preferably with paper
120/150 grit abrasive. A trial is recommended
preliminary to verify the chromatic tone assumed by the wood,
if it is too intense, dilute LIOS SUNDECK W OIL
with LIOS SUNDECK W OIL Light. Apply a coat of LIOS
SUNDECK W OIL along the grain of the wood, continuously
avoiding interruptions. After 2/4 hours without sanding apply
a second hand in the same way. To avoid
overlaps and chromatic differences on the treated wood, it is recommended
to stretch the product very well, without leaving excesses. If you want
get a softer touch effect after 12 hours felting with
yellow disc, vacuum and apply a third coat of product.
The application of LIOS SUNDECK W OIL is recommended within hours
mornings when the floor temperature is cooler. Self
the application is in full sun it is advisable to moisten the floor
before proceeding. Do not apply at temperatures above +30°C.
Routine washing and maintenance
For washing and cleaning outdoor floors use
LIOS SUNDECK SOAP (nourishing cleansing soap) following the
directions for use. Effectively removes dirt, chlorine residues and
saltiness, etc.
Notes: for white, gray and/or pastel color pigmented cycles
it is necessary to carry out preliminary tests on the essences from
treat (above all garapà, ipè lapacho, etc.) in order to evaluate
the possible "bleeding".
