PRIMER 3W
THREE-COMPONENT PRODUCT WITH HIGH IMPERMEABILITY
Three-component product with high impermeability for floors, including non-absorbent ones, such as marble, tiles, palladiana. For gluing, use only our specific glues.
HOW TO USE:
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The substrate to be treated must be compact and free from detaching parts. Any defects on the surface, such as cracks or cracks, must be pre-treated before applying PRIMER 3W. Particularly smooth or glassy floors (ceramic, glazed tiles, glass mosaic, marble or similar) must in any case be carefully dewaxed with water and caustic soda. Then rinse and leave to dry. Before applying the primer PRIMER 3W it is advisable to roughen the surface (e.g. floor machine with diamond disc) to guarantee perfect anchoring of the product itself.
APPLICATION
Ambient at 20°C before use. Pour component (B) into the container of component (A) and mix it thoroughly, possibly with an electric stirrer, until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Then add the powder (component C) and mix everything again with an electric stirrer until obtaining a uniform paste free from lumps. The paste thus obtained can be applied both with a brush and with a roller. The minimum quantity of application must be at least 500 g/m2 overall and must be carried out in two evenly crossed coats. The second coat can be applied immediately after the first coat is passable (about 4-12 hours depending on the ambient temperature). Room temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use adequate individual protection systems. Always consult the technical and safety data sheet of the product.
NOTE
If applying with a brush, it is advisable to dilute the mixture with about 5% of water. Bonding of floors is possible only when the layer of PRIMER 3W is completely dry, using only our two-component adhesives.
