¤Description
PRYMER W 30 K is an aqueous solution of inorganic silicates
suitable for consolidating dusty, thin substrates which
they tend to crumble. High penetration power.

¤How to use
Recommendations: do not dilute with water or solvents.
Clean the substrate to be treated, eliminating completely
traces of oil, grease, wax or paint stains. Apply PRYMER
W 30 K with a large flat brush or watering can evenly
paying particular attention that it is fully absorbed
from the screed, preventing the excess from forming during the hardening phase
a glassy non-stick surface.
If water stagnates during application
of PRYMER W 30 K, spread QUARTZ over the entire area
surface, the excess of which will be removed with a sorghum broom
when the product has hardened (about 24-36 hours).
If the substrate to be treated is particularly porous, wait
approximately 24 hours from the first application of PRYMER W 30 K e
proceed with a second one. In this case the metric yield
it could even drastically go down.
PRYMER W 30 K is not suitable for anhydrite-based substrates.
The waiting time for the subsequent laying of parquet is approx
30 days for cement substrates; 1 week for substrates
cementitious with radiant heating (turned on during this
period of time to favor the evaporation of the water).
The drying time depends on the quantity of product
used, the ambient temperature and humidity.
It is advisable to evaluate the complete drying of the screed with
hygrometer before proceeding with any other operation.
Subsequent laying of parquet must be carried out with
"reactive" glues, ADESIVER 501 EP, SIGOL, ADESIVER HERCULES,
ADESIVER 327 PU, UNISIL, ADESIVER ELASTIC (see related
Datasheet).
Immediately clean any drops of PRYMER W 30 K on ceramic, glass, marble, metals because cleaning them after drying is difficult.
If the product is available in stock, the goods will be delivered within 24/48 hours.
If the product is not available in stock, the goods will be delivered within a maximum of 15 working days.
