Description
¤Description
RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R is a gray colored powder
composed of special cements with very rapid and high hydration
resistance, synthetic resins, special additives and quartz fillers
with controlled granulometry. RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R can
only be used indoors. Kneading RASOCHIM AL/
NIVELAND 10R with water you get a very smooth mix
and easy to work, self-leveling, with rapid development of
mechanical strengths and rapid moisture loss. Yes you can
apply up to thicknesses of 10 mm on cement screeds,
concrete castings, old terrazzo floors, cement
smoothed, obtaining a planar surface free from cracks
and cavilism. RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R has a high
resistance to compression and abrasion and moreover it is
resistant to the action of wheelchairs.

¤Laying conditions
◊ Type of fund
Cement screeds, old ceramic floors, tiles,
natural stones, smooth concrete.
◊ Status of the fund
Make sure that the substrates are dry, solid, free from dust,
removable parts, varnishes, waxes, oils, rust and traces of plaster.
Inadequately solid cementitious substrates must
be removed or, where possible, consolidated using
PRYMER W 30 K (see relative technical data sheet).
Dusty or very porous cement substrates must
be treated with PRYMER W (see relative technical data sheet)
or CHIMIGRIP diluted 50% with water (see relevant sheet
technique) in order to fix the powder.
Non-absorbent surfaces: apply CHIMIGRIP (see relative
technical data sheet) after cleaning with DILUENTE ACETONE or with
appropriate cleaners or wax removers.
Moist absorbent cementitious substrates must be
primed with PRYMER SF 1105 or PRYMER PUB 77 (see
relative technical data sheets) and subsequently quartzed.
Damp non-absorbent substrates should be treated with
PRYMER EPOX WETT or PRYMER WB 328 S (see related
data sheets) and subsequently quartzed.
Anhydrite screeds must be primed with PRYMER
W (see relative technical sheet) before they can be levelled
with RASOCHIM AL / NIVELAND 10R.
¤How to use
Dough preparation
Mix a 25 kg bag of RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R
as follows: pour the required amount of water
indicated under the heading "Mixing ratio" in a clean container e
add powder gradually, mixing with a stirrer
mechanically, at a low number of revolutions, until a mortar is obtained
fluid, homogeneous and free of lumps; after 2-3 minutes you have to
mix again briefly: the dough is ready for use. If
want to make thicknesses greater than 10 mm in one
hand, add 30% of fine gravel (grain size 0-4 mm per
thicknesses up to 25 mm; grain size 0-8 mm for thicknesses over i
25mm). The amount of RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R mixed
each time it must be the one needed to be used
within 20 minutes (at a temperature of +20°C). The measurement
of residual moisture must only be carried out with
carbide tool.
Applying the mix
Pour the mix onto the suitably prepared substrate:
make a vigorous pressing with an American trowel for
improve adhesion to the substrate and therefore adjust the thickness.
Any imperfections from spatula will be eliminated
by the self-leveling effect characteristic of the product. So far as
a second coat is required, it is recommended not to apply it
as soon as the first is walkable (about 2-3 hours at +20°C).
If the product is available in stock, the goods will be delivered within 24/48 hours.
If the product is not available in stock, the goods will be delivered within a maximum of 15 working days.
