Repol G35
art. REG35
Bucket 10Kg (9.4 + 0.6 Kg)
Single coating product for rubber flooring, sports fields in rubber agglomerate, PVC, both indoors and outdoors on any type of substrate, even non-absorbent.
HOW TO USE:
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Always check the humidity of the substrate with suitable instruments. The humidity measurement of the substrate must be done in depth (approx. 2-3 cm) with a carbide vial hygrometer in order to exclude the possible presence of highly hygroscopic substances (such as pumice, vermiculite), which can release the humidity contained in them resulting in swelling of the floor. Do not lay on screeds that are not protected from possible rising damp (always insert an adequate vapor-tight sheath). Lean or dusty cementitious substrates must be consolidated with our PRIMER (PU, POLY ECO, PS39 or RECOLPOX 050ED), which promote adequate adhesion of the adhesive (see technical data sheet). Do not lay in rooms that are not equipped with windows or closures. Do not lay if the walls and ceilings of the room are not completely dry. Do not lay on bituminous surfaces where there is the possibility of oil transudation.
APPLICATION
Ambientate the product before use. Pour the REPOL G35 (B) component into the container of the REPOL G35 (A) component, mixing it thoroughly with an electric stirrer until a homogeneous and uniform paste is obtained. The paste thus obtained is spread with a special n°4 fine-toothed trowel on the substrate which must be compact, dry, clean, free from detaching parts such as wall paint residues, powders, waxes or the like. The product must not be diluted. Before gluing, always check the humidity of the screed which must be <2% (<0.5% anhydrite). Room temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use adequate individual protection systems. Always consult the technical and safety data sheet of the product.
NOTE
Do not use REPOL G35 for laying thin floors which could highlight the lines of the adhesive. Rigid materials, especially in winter, must be laid out in the installation rooms and left to rest in order to avoid any deformation from storage
