Two-component polyurethane adhesive for bonding synthetic grass
¤Description
ADESIVER GREEN TURF is a two-component polyurethane adhesive
without any epoxy modification completely free from
water and solvents. ¤ Uses: Gluing of joint bands
between the synthetic grass sheets placed inside and outside, even in
presence of residual humidity.

¤Available versions
SUMMER: indicated in the presence of medium/hot temperatures; potlife

red color for red resilient flooring.
¤Installation conditions
◊ Background
The substrates must be suitable for the construction of the fields
made of synthetic grass and must be prepared in accordance with
current laws and regulations.
◊ Acclimatization
Always remove the coverings to be glued from the packaging
a few hours before installation in order to release tension and
approve them for environmental climatic conditions.
¤How to use
Before proceeding with gluing ADESIVER GREEN TURF
it is essential to verify the chemical nature of the "support
primary" (back of the turf): if the nature of the support
is made of latex, apply ADESIVER GREEN TURF directly; self
the nature is polyolefin (polypropylene, PVC, TPO, etc.)
apply PRYMER adhesion promoter with a brush or rag
OP (see relevant technical data sheet), respecting the expected times.
Apply ADESIVER GREEN TURF on the joint bands
using a toothed trowel n.3-5 in a uniform and continuous manner
such as to allow total contact, keeping in mind that the
Useful time of use of the mixture is approximately 60 minutes at 20°C.
At higher temperatures the useful time is significantly shortened.
As regards the subsequent installation of the synthetic grass sheets
follow the manufacturer's instructions and, if necessary,
of weights along the junction of the sheets to ensure perfect
planarity. Commissioning the system requires a time of
waiting about 6-7 days.
