All customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the purchased products, in accordance with art. 5 of Legislative Decree 14 June 2014, n. 21. To exercise this right (reserved for the consumer, ie the natural person who acts for purposes not referable to the activity? Professional who may be carried out) the customer must send a communication to this effect, within 14 working days starting from the date of receipt of the ordered goods.

The goods must be returned with a copy of the registered letter to the above-mentioned address no later than ten working days from receipt of the ordered goods. The return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer who can use any means he chooses. Packages on delivery or assigned port will be rejected. As soon as the goods have been received, arrange promptly to reimburse the customer for the entire amount already paid, with the exception of the return costs which will still remain at the expense of the consumer.
The reimbursement will in any case take place within 14 days from the receipt of the communication with which the Consumer has expressed the will to withdraw from the purchase. The refund will be made by bank transfer or PayPal. The customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (Cod. ABI-CAB-Current account of the invoice holder) or PayPal account.
Alternatively, and at the request of the consumer, the products subject to the right of withdrawal can be replaced with others indicated by the consumer himself, without prejudice to the payment of the new shipping costs always borne by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that by their nature risk to alter or deteriorate rapidly or due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and/or its content).
In cases where it is ascertained:
- The lack of the original external/internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product
- The damage to the product
We will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the same shipping fee.
