All customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the purchased products, in accordance with art. 5 of Legislative Decree 14 June 2014, n. 21. The goods must be returned with a copy of the registered letter to the above-mentioned address no later than ten working days from receipt of the ordered goods. The return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer who can use any means he chooses. Packages on delivery or assigned port will be rejected. The reimbursement will in any case take place within 14 days from the receipt of the communication with which the Consumer has expressed the will to withdraw from the purchase.
