SUPER-MATTE - MATT - SEMI-GLOSS - GLOSSY SINGLE-COMPONENT VARNISH Water-based varnish of a new concept and easy to apply for wooden floors. Leaves a transparent film that gives the wood a natural tone.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION The wooden floor must be well smoothed, filled and sanded, free from detaching parts such as oils, waxes, silicones. The substrate to be treated must be dry, with humidity of 8 – 12%. Room temperature from 15 to 25°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%. After sanding, clean the entire surface with a vacuum cleaner and then with an antistatic cloth.
APPLICATION Ambient and shake the product thoroughly before use. Filter the product before use. Apply evenly with a roller or brush. After about 12 hours at NC, the second coat can be applied after sanding with 220 grit, clean the entire surface with a vacuum cleaner and then with an antistatic cloth. Possibly apply a third coat, after sanding. Always check the humidity of the wood from 8 to 12%, the room temperature from 15 to 25°C and the relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Always use adequate individual protection systems. Always consult the technical and safety data sheet of the product.
